English - Advice for doing an event like IronMāori – IronMāori is an amazing event.

English - The swim’s probably the smallest component of the event, but it still requires a lot of practice on your technique and building up the base to be able to swim the full distance.

English - I’d say the best thing for running is find a good run group and team you enjoy running with and the miles just seem to whizz by.
