How we can help to pay for training costs

A recent study shows that effective training of staff can improve health and safety significantly. We’ll help educate your employees by paying towards their training.

The LeadSafe Supervisors training programme (formerly the Managing Safely training) equips participants with practical skills to manage the risks in their day-to-day roles. The two-day programme is run by The Learning Wave and supports participants to gain ConstructSafe Tier 3.

This training is endorsed by the Construction Health and Safety Association of New Zealand.

After your staff complete the course, we’ll acknowledge your business formally. This will show your participation and commitment to improving workplace safety.

    The cost of the training

We’ll pay 50% of the costs, up to a maximum amount depending on the size of your business.
