    Te Tauākī Whakamaunga Atu | Statement of Intent

    This Statement of Intent covers the first four years of our new strategy, Huakina Te Rā, in the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2027.

    It also includes details of how the public and all interested stakeholders can evaluate our effectiveness in delivering against our dual-framed strategic goals. 

    The Statement of Intent should be read in conjunction with the annual Service Agreement.

    Kirimana Ratonga Mahi | Service Agreement

    The Service Agreement is the annual agreement between ACC and the Minister for ACC.

    It sets out the initiatives we are pursuing to progress our strategic goals, the outputs we are funded to provide and the expected performance standards against which we will assess our operational performance during the next four years.

    Annual report

    We produce an annual report which the government reviews. It confirms whether we've achieved the goals outlined in the statement of intent, and met government performance standards.

    We produce an annual financial condition report that assesses our financial operations, condition and liabilities.

    We produce a quarterly report that shows the progress of the yearly objectives, as shown in the statement of intent.
